Each event is 4 hours long.

2 hours before event to set up and 1 hour after to clean up.

•  Monday - Thursday - $500

•  Friday - Sunday - $600

•  Repast - $400

•  Hourly meeting rate - $75

•  Holidays - Additional $100

•  Additional Time over 4 hours - $100 per hour

•  Bartender - $100 ( must provide own alcohol )

•  Kitchen - Refundable $100 fee

•  King / Queen Chairs - $150 for both / 1 for $100

•  Event insurance required from Eventsured. Must be provided 7 days prior to event

•  Must be 21 or older to book
